After taking some time off for an all-round makeover, the new Dava Bar & Grill Restaurant at Ayana has recently re-opened its doors, taking Bali’s seafood grill and steak house experience to a whole new level. Dava’s chic atmosphere welcomes foodies of all ages to sit back and relax with their favourite beverage, while reveling in a fiery culinary performance as a talented team of chefs work their magic.
Located adjacent to AYANA’s elegant River Pool, Dava’s elevated positioning takes full advantage of the resort’s renowned sunset and ocean views. Open at 6pm every evening, the restaurant’s Martini Bar is the perfect place to meet friends and family for classic and inspired gastronomic cocktails from the Martini bar’s celebrated menu. At 7pm, dinner service begins.
Dana’s Grill Menu section features satisfying culinary works of art such as the grain-fed, 200-day aged Stockyard Gold Striploin, a perfectly marbled Stockyard Silver Label Wagyu Tenderloin, Australian Lamb Chops, and Canadian Lobster. Each dish may be complemented by an extensive selection of side dishes including Truffle Mash Potato, Double Baked Cheese Potato, Creamy Spinach with Parmesan and Tempura Onion Rings. Dava’s house specialty is Roasted Boneless Suckling Pig, served with an inventive Jung Papaya Salad, steamed rice and flavorful BBQ sauce.
