EB-5 Has Landed in IndonesiaNews
The EB-5 Program, also known as the “immigrant-investor” program, is the most direct way to obtain a green card for your entire family and start living in America. Services of the experienced EB-5 consultancy team are now available to Indonesian entrepreneurs.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created by the United States Congress in 1990 to stimulate the American economy through job creation with the help of foreign capital. By creating a total of 10 American jobs through becoming a partner in a new commercial enterprise in the United States, qualified applicants can obtain permanent residency in America. Applicants also have the chance to start a green card application process for their family members, including their spouses as well as children who are under 21 years of age. Pt. Koa Global Mandiri provides entrepreneurs in Indonesia with an opportunity to contribute to a government approved EB-5 project and begin a journey towards a new future in the Unites States of America.
“Over 200 people achieved their goals of beginning a new life in America with the guidance of Koa team.”
To this date, Koa group has completed two immigrant investor projects, both located at the “meeting point of the Pacific” - Hawaii. The financial consultants and U.S. immigration advisors of Koa’s China office (Koa Overseas Consultants, Ltd.) helped over 200 individuals in making a secure investment, preparing the necessary documentation and obtaining permanent residency (green cards) in the United States. All of these families are now enjoying the benefits of having a green card in the US.
Besides the two EB-5 projects, Koa group also handled a number of commercial buildings and landed development projects in the State of Hawaii, where they have a strong business network.
The founder of Koa Group, Mr. David Wilson is an accomplished business executive with over 35 years of construction finance and land development experience. He has completed projects worth more than $500 Million USD in total.

EB-5 takes a tropical turn with the third Koa project in Hawaii, “the Pacific meeting point”
The EB-5 project currently presented by Koa GM is the development of a community of luxury condos north-west of the Big Island, Hawaii. The project site is located at the world-famous resorts area of the “Gold Coast” of Kohala and only a 20-minute drive away from the Kona International Airport.
“This current project shares all the advantages of our previous projects, which proved their successfully working system by helping many people around the world in achieving their goals of living and working in America.” - David Wilson
The 3rd project in Hawaii by Koa: Whales Point
- Most project developers use the applicants’ money to pay off a bank loan. In Koa’s project, Whales Point Fund Limited Liability Partnership works as a bank itself, and lends necessary funds to the developers for the completion of the construction. The partners within the fund own the title deed of the project’s immovable properties as collateral, until the developers finalize the project and return their loan. Therefore the EB-5 applicants’ investments are guaranteed through the structure of the loan.
- A certain portion of the total project cost is covered by the developers, and $34 million remains for EB-5 investment. In order to become an official applicant in the EB-5 Program by becoming partners in a project located in a Targeted Employment Area, the entrepreneurs are required to keep $500,000 in the project’s fund for five years. This means the Whales Point project’s EB-5 investment fund is open to only 68 investors worldwide.
The green card application process for the investor family begins as soon as the official partnership status is approved. Entering the United States after the initial legal immigration procedures takes around a year and a half. After that, the remaining stages of the green card and immigration processes can be completed in America upon choice. The business partnership aspect of the journey, on the other hand, is finalized when the original investment amount is returned to the applicants exactly five years after the start of the process.
