Joël Robuchon Restaurant first opened its doors in 2011 and is Singapore’s first and only three star Michelin restaurant as listed in the Singapore Michelin Guide 2016. The design concept of the restaurant is a manifestation of Chef Robuchon’s dream family dining room in an art deco-style hotel. Seating only 54 diners, the restaurant makes sure that its guests have a classy and sublime dining experience. Dressed in warm beige tones radiating a cozy, yet luxurious atmosphere, the main dining area features a beautiful Swarovski crystal chandelier as the centerpiece. The indoor winter garden is enhanced with natural lighting as well as artificial trees, making it a perfect venue for intimate and private parties.

Executive Chef Michael Michaelidis creates inventive French classics with unparalleled culinary precision. Guests can enjoy the signature 16-course degustation menu which many food critics have described as “pure magic”, or make selections from the a la carte menu. For Chef Robuchon, innovation, modernity and tradition are the three words that inspired him to imagine a tasting menu for the guests so they can discover a multitude of flavors. He holds true to this promise through the restaurant’s signature dishes, like Le King Crabe, king crab and avocado cannelloni citrus and vanilla condiment, La Noix de Saint-Jacques, pan-seared scallop coconut veloute and fresh coriander and Le Boeuf, beef chateaubriand and foie gras in “Rossini” style with potatoes soufflé and port reduction. As dessert, Le Sensation, is a stunning beauty that beguiles with the richness of dark Araguani chocolate and is studded with cookie Oreo textures and cocoa sorbet.
