Diners are in for a treat this November at Fairmont Jakarta’s VIEW and 1945 restaurants which will feature dishes specially curated in collaboration with guest chefs from the region.
IMAGINATIVE CUISINE OF THE ARCHIPELAGO AT 1945
Chef Maxie Millian, the Group Head Chef of Merah Putih & Sangsaka restaurants Bali will be in Jakarta for a special collaboration with Chef Adhitia Julisiandi of 1945. The duo will share their expertise and present their interpretation of Indonesian fine dining.
The five-course dinner will highlight unique Indonesian flavours and ingredients, transforming the traditional menus into more refined, decadent dishes.
Guests are invited to enjoy the special menu by this two amazing chefs on 22 November. The dinner is priced at IDR 688,000++ per person or IDR 888,000++ per person with wine.
VIEW x SITKA
To showcase contemporary Asian dishes, Chef Hans Christian from VIEW will partner with the Chef Kim Leun Chen—who heads the kitchens at Kuala Lumpur’s SITKA Restaurant— for an epic five-course dinner on 23 & 24 November.
Chef Kim will present tasteful dishes of modern Asian interpretation using fresh, local produce. With both chefs showcasing their ability to create original menus, this event is sure to be a delightful experience.
The special dinner is priced at IDR 780,000++ per person.
