Greenhouse Cowork: Live Green, Work Green

|

Situated on the 25th floor of Multivision Tower Kuningan, Greenhouse offers 1,850-square metres of space that promises a warm, relaxed yet refined ambience where co-workers can work, discover and play. The property, which began operating in January 2018, derives its name from its green interior design and a concept to bring together people from the creative industry to a space where work conveniently blends with lifestyle.

Designed by Ang Xin Wei, Head of School, LaSalle the leading design college in Singapore, the interior features natural materials such as wood, unfinished stone, and a lot of live greenery. Indeed, everywhere you look there are plants hanging on the walls and vertically installed at every corner. Stylish and open, the walls of the main rooms are built with glass, partly to reduce electricity use in the daytime. Such natural lighting makes a sustainable design element and fits well with the floors, ceiling and interior surface finishes.

Also keep in mind how studies have shown that improved light, ventilation and heat control help boost workers’ productivity, help them think better in the office and sleep better at home. Scientists have also proven that beautiful design may make workers happier and more productive.

In keeping with its “green label”, the Greenhouse team is committed to growing at least one plant every month as well as engage in recycling and reusing activities. Furthermore, Greenhouse is also collaborating with WWF-Indonesia to raise public awareness about the effects of global warming.

On the first floor of the workspace at Greenhouse, co-workers get to enjoy a park-like environment that allows them to indulge their senses, stimulate them to think beyond creativity and make meaningful connections. Here, facilities include private offices, bar/café, meeting rooms, phone booths and a brainstorm room.

At Greenhouse, Co-workers are highly encouraged to take full advantage of the stunning location and unblocked view of the Jakarta skyline. Do catch a break and enjoy a taste of nature in a real-life garden.

On the second floor of the workspace, also the penthouse, expect a spectacular and breathtaking 360-degree view of the Jakarta skyline. Amenities on this part of the co-working space include private offices, a pantry, toilet, shower and storage.

At any given rate, high-speed internet comes without saying. Co-workers are highly encouraged to take full advantage of the stunning location and unblocked view of the Jakarta skyline. Do catch a break and enjoy a taste of nature in a real-life garden.

Greenhouse Co-founder Manish Nathani said the green concept is reflective of the company’s priority in green investment. It also identifies with members of the start-up community, many of whom are passionate about the nature, hence the tagline “Growing people and ideas”.

“We want to provide a stimulating, green environment for our tenants and we want them to feel like they are in a garden in the sky. We also provide mentors and experts to help them grow with a collaborative approach instead of competition,” he said.
