Al Nafoura Restaurant at Le Meridien Jakarta is offering something special this month: experiencing Valentine’s Day with a Middle Eastern touch, in a romantic setting and with delightful cuisine.
The restaurant’s culinary team has prepared a hand-crafted six-course set menu dinner to make your Valentine’s Day day an unforgettable one.
The dinner starts with Salamon Mdakan Ma Babaganoush, smoked salmon stuffed with grilled eggplant, tomato and capsicum topped with salmon balsamic vinegar pearls, and is followed by Tuna Fish Tartar, marinated with sumac, vinaigrette andserved with beetroot gel, capsicum foam and saffron tuile, bringing Mediterranean vibes to the table.
The third course, Samak, is steamed sea bass fillet with sautéed matchstick vegetables, broad beans, creamy harissa sauce, coriander oil and basil citrus foam - a perfect combination of seafood and earthy ingredients.
Continue the meal with Laham Mechawoui, a duo of Australian beef showcasing tenderloin and rib with caramelized seasonal vegetables, aged fig balsamic vinegar served with pomegranate spicy juice before moving on to Shorbet Fettar, a mushroom consommé soup with a semolina brulee - a classic and rustic dish.
To round off the culinary feast, a sweet sensation awaits with the dessert Encouraging Romance. This set menu costs IDR 888,888 per couple, including one glass of sparkling cocktail or mocktail.
