Adopting a traditional market setting, Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan has curated a vibrant Sunday market with an array of stalls offering raw ingredients from locally grown organic and artisanal food products.

The Dharmawangsa Nursery features organic vegetables and spices, a selection of high-quality coffee beans and many varieties of decorative plants and healing herbs in a space where guests can enjoy several live attractions such as a coffee cupping demo and a traditional cigar rolling presentation.

Guests can dine on a selection of fresh oysters, truffles, premium caviar and AOC French cheeses. There is also a salmon station featuring traditional salmon gravlax, seared Japanese Wagyu primavera, and roast goose.

A magician will also stop by and a live strolling band performs throughout the day.
