Sensatia Botanicals, one of the most recognizable brands from Bali producing skincare and wellness products, has recently opened its first shop in the Jabotabek area. Located at Supermal Karawaci and in conjunction with long-time Jakarta distributor Greenshop, the new shop is Sensatia’s springboard into the Jakarta market.
Founded in 2000 in the fishing village of Jasri, Karangasem on the east coast of Bali, Sensatia started as a profit-sharing cooperation with only three employees. Although Sensatia has grown considerably since, the original concept still stands: its employees are 20% shareholders of the principal production company PT. Sensatia Botanicals.
Sensatia’s products come from a GMP Certified production facility, complete with a QC department, a certified calibrated microbiology and chemical lab and a pharmacist that oversees the production and safety assessment of every single batch before it leaves Sensatia’s production facility.
Trademarked in over 40 countries and with more than 200+ BPOM product registrations, Sensatia Botanicals is Bali’s first and only GMP Certified Cosmetic Company. It expects to see further growth on the domestic Indonesian market and the Middle East market in the coming years.
