Jakarta’s Tanamera Coffee recently picked up several prestigious awards from The Australian International Coffee Awards (AICA) 2016.
Conducted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) as part of the Melbourne International Coffee Expo, the international coffee roasting competition aimed to provide opportunities for coffee roasters from around the world to benchmark their product among competitors.
In 2016 the AICA attracted 658 international coffee roasters from Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK and the USA. Tanamera Coffee successfully secured the top position for Indonesian coffee and won the awards “Champion International Roaster” and “Champion Filter Coffee” (pour over). In addition, Tanamera Coffee also received other accolades in the competition, including one gold, five silver and seven bronze medals. Congratulations to Tanamera!
