To facilitate the mostly Indonesian youth generation’s love and excitement for Korean food, the prominent food and beverage company GF Culinary Group this August launched Ojju K-Food at Kota Kasablanka Mall.
Located on the UG floor, Ojju K-Food is presenting the most mouthwatering Korean dishes such as the fermented vegetable Kimchi, the saute beef and vegetable Japchae and stir-fried fish cake Eomuk Bokkeum, and so forth. In addition, Ojju K-Food also has its own signature dishes, including Budae Jigae – a mixture of Kimchi with vegetables and Korean ramen along with fresh shrimps, crabs, clams, and served in a hot pot; and Rolling Cheese, chicken wings or premium beef ribs smothered with melted mozzarella cheese and cuts of potato wedges. You can choose your own heat level: mild, spicy, or fiery spicy.
