Singapore Intercultural School Bona Vista (SIS Bona Vista), the flagship school of SIS Group of Schools, and PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (KEB Hana Bank) announced their strategic partnership recently to launch a co-branded debit card for existing and prospective students of Singapore Intercultural School Bona Vista. This is the first time that SIS Group of Schools has co-branded debit card partnership with a foreign bank.
"SIS Group of Schools continues to provide the best value to our students and parents through alliances with leading service establishments in Indonesia. We are excited about our first co-branded card with a foreign bank that has a vision of becoming the best customer-focused bank in Indonesia like KEB Hana Bank,” said Oliver Anderson, Chief Operating Officer ofSIS Group of Schools.
“SIS Bona Vista has a strong ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Language) programme and is the first in Jakarta to introduce two academic intakes from January to December for entry to Southern Hemisphere universities/colleges, the second intake in July to June for entry to Northern Hemisphere universities/colleges. This allows real flexibility to students and parents seeking the best K-12 institutions out there. The combination of these two visionary organizations is a truly timely value-add for the students, parents and customers. We believe that the strategic partnership with KEB Hana Bank would enable us to offer significant value added services to our parents and students,” Oliver added.
On the same occasion, President Director of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, Martin Lee said that KEB Hana Bank is highly enthusiastic in welcoming the partnership. “We are delighted to form a strategic partnership with Singapore Intercultural School on co-branded debit card. We are hopeful that the benefits of this debit card would give added value to both parents and students of SIS Group of Schools.”
Furthermore, Lee also explained that the partnership will further expand the KEB Hana’s base of cardholders as well as increase the company’s reach in consumer banking market. “With a large customer base supported by extensive branch network, we are confident to realize the company’s aspiration to become one of the Top 20 Banks in Indonesia in 2020,” said Martin Lee.
With the opening of the Medan Sudirman support branch in September 2017, KEB Hana Bank operates 59 branch offices across Indonesia, which covers all of SIS Group of Schools locations: Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, Palembang and Cilegon. SIS Bona Vista parents and students should look forward to a range of powerful features and benefits with their co-branded debit card with KEB Hana Bank. “With the continuing innovation, we will work with KEB Hana Bank to find new ways to enhance the card and its many benefits to our school community,” said Rosmalia Dahim Hardman, Chief Branding and Marketing Officer of SIS Group of Schools.
