Enjoy a brunch set or à la carte options every Saturday and Sunday at Blue Terrace’s sanctuary in the heart of the city. The Blue Terrace’s Weekend Brunch caters to the dining tastes of today, balancing a healthy approach, fresh flavours and ingredients with that brunch temptation of indulging in a range of different delights across a variety of cuisines and flavours.
Diners will find freshly baked bakeries and pastries, a sprawling cheese platter, salmon or cold cut platters served family style, then followed with delectable options of savouries from the Brunchy Corner such as The Blue Terrace Omelette, Egg & Avo Mashed, Classic Florentine Egg or Egg Benedict, Salmon & Mushroom, Shakshouka with Corriander Harrisa, The Big Brekkie with Mini Steak and The Morning Greens, a delicious vegetarian option. There’s something to please every palate, and again, the array of satisfying dishes are fresh, healthy and nutritious – meaning you can indulge a little bit more than usual!
To close off the brunch, there will be an array of delectable sweets from Mango Passion Smoothie Bowl, Coconut Chia Seed Pudding, Ricotta Fluffy Pancake or Classic French Toast. All the brunch menu will be served with either coffee or tea and one mocktail from the beverage menu.
