Qatar Airways has reclaimed the ‘Airline of the Year’ title for the eighth time at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2024, reaffirming their dedication to delivering exceptional service and quality. In addition to this remarkable achievement, Qatar Airways has been distinguished with three other coveted awards: ‘World’s Best Business Class,’ ‘World’s Best Business Class Airline Lounge,’ and ‘Best Airline in the Middle East.’ These accolades further cement the airline’s status as a leader in the aviation industry.
Another addition to these lines of honours, Hamad International Airport, Qatar Airways’ home and hub, was named ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax for the third consecutive year. The airport also clinched the ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’ title for the tenth time and ‘World’s Best Airport Shopping’ for the second year running. This marks a historic first where an airline, its home airport, and the airport’s retail arm have simultaneously achieved top awards in all three Skytrax categories.
