On 10 December 2024, Himpunan Humas Hotel Indonesia (Indonesian hotel public relations association) or affectionately known as H3, marked its 29 years anniversary with the inauguration of new-elected committee members and invites parties as well as hospitality circles to collaborate and synergy for the future of Indonesia’s hospitality industry.
In a festive and fully warm atmosphere at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel Jakarta, Himpunan Humas Hotel Indonesia (H3) celebrated its 29th anniversary. Take this special moment, the professional organisation that oversees public relations practitioners in the Indonesian hotel sector also inaugurated a newly-elected committee team for the 2024-2026 tenure.
The position of General Chairperson is again entrusted to Yulia Maria from Artotel Group. Meanwhile, the Deputy Chairperson for Public Relations and Inter-Institutional Cooperation is held by Chrisna Rianti from Accor Group, and the Deputy Chairperson for Membership, Training and Development is held by Ari Eka Putri from IntiWhiz International.
“I feel grateful and honored for this trust. Together with the team, we will continue to synergize, innovate, and make real contributions to the Indonesian hospitality industry,” said Yulia Maria in her speech.
In her remarks, Yulia also emphasised the importance of collaboration and innovation in strengthening the role of H3 Indonesia as a strategic partner in the tourism sector.
For almost three-decade, H3 has actively been a government partner to support national development and enhance professionalism in the public relation field. And, as it grows older, H3 Indonesia continues to show its role in the hospitality industry by developing four branch committee bodies (BPC), namely in Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Bogor, which are always active in supporting the organization’s activities.
The anniversary celebration and the inauguration were attended by the founders of H3, representatives of the tourism industry, academics, organisations, and strategic partners.
