Entering the Grand Ballroom on the third-floor transports guests to a new world, featuring an immersive tunnel experience, a stunning light show with LED backdrops, and eclectic acts. Through these visuals, a luxurious atmosphere is constructed that charges up the experience and sets the stage of sophistication for Marion Jola’s performance.
Kicking off the festivities are stand-up comedy routines by Karim Sujatmiko and Beta Sofyan, followed by Aldo Adela’s magic, toe-tapping tunes by Soulfree Band, and fleetfooted Ulala dancers. Goruli and Piniela will dually host the night, making sure to keep up the spirited energy over performances as they skillfully lead guests through the evening.
At 7PM, a symphonic set menu will be presented under the direction of Executive Chef Himawan Kristianto and his team, showcasing rich tastes and delicate presentations like an Amuse Bouche, indulgent New Year Pocket with A5 Miyazaki Japanese Wagyu and buttery Pan-Seared White Chilean Seabass. Every dish is made to stand out to the eyes and when savoring a piece, to ensure a dining experience to remember forever.
