Jakarta’s premier French fine dining restaurant, Amuz Gourmet, presents an exclusive Escoffier Six Hands Chef Collaboration Dinner on 19 February 2025. The event will bring together 3 decorated chefs, each embodying the artistry and legacy of French haute cuisine.

This hexad collaboration will showcase a multi-course dining experience with impeccable technique, the ingredients, and artistic presentation. Inspired by the legendary Auguste Escoffier, the evening will honor the French culinary traditions while embracing modernity. Each dish will reflect the essence of Escoffier’s philosophy— refinement, sophistication, and the perfect harmony of flavors. 

Three masterful chefs will dictate the evening’s menu: 

  • Chef Gilles Marx – Founder & Executive Chef of Amuz Gourmet, renowned for his dedication to authentic French gastronomy, eco-responsible cuisine, and refined culinary techniques.
  • Chef Vincent Pellat – Esteemed Culinary Instructor from the École Ritz Escoffier, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from one of the world’s most revered culinary institutions. 
  • Chef Fransisca Tamba – Acclaimed Pastry Chef of Amuz Gourmet, known as Chef Chika and for her exquisite desserts that blend tradition with innovation. 

The evening’s collaboration dinner is priced at IDR 2,500,000++/person, with an additional 21% service charge and tax per person, encompassing a set menu paired with Maison Pascale Jolivet fine wines. In support of Yayasan Komunitas Ambiente, a generous portion of the proceeds will be donated by Disciples Escoffier Indonesia to assist the school construction in Kodi, Sumba, Indonesia. 

AMUZ is oriented towards adults looking for a great dining experience with a refined atmosphere. As such, guests are encouraged to wear smart casual or formal attire, while refraining from wearing sandals, slippers or shorts.
