Here, he will create dishes using the various authentic spices of the Middle East, such as Shish Taouk (a traditional marinated chicken shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine), Lamb Kofta, Samak Harra (spicy fish), Batata harra (a Lebanese vegetable dish).
