Solo, 26 February 2025 – ARTOTEL Group and Mayapada Group have officially signed a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) and Technical Service Agreement (TSA) for the management of Golden Tulip Residences Solo. This strategic partnership marks a major step in converting the Apsara Tower apartments into a fully equipped star-rated hotel in Solo Baru, Central Java.
Golden Tulip Residences Solo aims to offer a comfortable stay for both short- and long-term guests, featuring comprehensive hotel facilities, including meeting rooms, a restaurant serving authentic Central Javanese cuisine, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. Each room is designed with modern minimalist furnishings, state-of-the-art electronics, and a fully equipped kitchenette, ensuring the quality of a luxury hotel experience.
Located in Solo Baru, a prime area known for its shopping centres, commercial hubs, educational institutions, and world-class healthcare facilities, the hotel is set to become a key hospitality destination.
