AMUZ Gourmet Restaurant offers a menu reflecting Autumnal flavours. Soups from fall vegetables and heartier dishes to celebrate the season are on offer until November. The menu was put together by Chef Founder Gilles Marx, who was recently awarded the title of Maitre Cuisinier de France (Master Chef of France) and 2018 World Luxury Restaurant Global Award Winer for Best Head Chef.
