This is the perfect place for friends and family to gather and enjoy a range of options, including the freshest seafood around,  signature Asian dishes, and classic Western fare.

For Jakarta’s environmentally conscious foodies, AYANA’s commitment to support Indonesia’s sustainable fishing industry and organic farmers is a huge plus. Right at 12 o’clock, Rasa Restaurant’s Chef invites everyone to watch live big tuna carving show while pescavores can feast guilt-free on sustainably line-caught whole tuna that is freshly carved to order. Shellfish connoisseurs are presented with carte blanche access to succulent mud crabs, prepared to perfection with a Singaporean chili sauce.

Pass-around trays offer savory Manadonese tuna gohu salad, tuna chawanmushi and torch-fired toro to enjoy. Rasa Restaurant raises the bar with five tantalising dishes prepared on the spot by professional chefs include truffle scrambled eggs, Florentine eggs with wilted spinach and smoked salmon, and more. An authentic, hand-pulled noodle station promises to create a cult following for guests who crave the unmatched taste of homemade lamian noodles, and the heavenly jamón ibérico cured from black Iberian ham caters meat lovers’ palate.

If dessert is the ideal finish, then the dessert station at Rasa’s brunch is worthy of the highest praise. From whimsically created chocolate concoctions, to a decadently delicious sticky toffee pudding, one must save space! There are also a couple of boozy options, one with champagne and fruit, and one with red wine to end the meal on a high note!

Rasa Restaurant’s new Sunday Brunch is inclusive of free flow iced tea, chilled juices, and water and is priced at IDR 418,000 ++ per person.  For an additional Rp. 358.000++, guests can add free flow house wine and beer for two hours.
