Dima International Wines, one of the largest wine producers in Indonesia, recently launched a new sparkling wine named Bellissimo.
A sweet wine with two variants, Sparkling Moscato and Sparkling Dolce Ross, they are delicious expressions of intensely flavoured fermentation of frozen Australian grapes with a range of fruity aromas including sweet black cherry and white floral that moderate in alcohol level of 8 per cent ABV.
“The inspiration came from our cape discovery wines. We wanted international standard wines at a more affordable price,” wine maker Mitch Hayhow said.
An aromatic wine with sweet Muscat and delicate white floral aromas combine with subtle lemon meringue, blended beautifully with a lush sweetness that comes naturally along with the zippy acidity, finishing with mouth tingling sparkles accompanied by scrumptious sweets as well as savoury finger foods.
