Padma Bandung appoints Chef Degan Septoadji as the new corporate chef of the hotel. Famously known as one of the respected judge of culinary TV show MasterChef Indonesia, Chef Degan is ready to bring hotel’s culinary department to the next level alongside with his team.
Degan Septoadji, better known as Chef Degan is well know from his outstanding expertise in Indonesian and Thai culinary. Armed with his extensive knowledge from Berufsbildende Schule Technik II, and countless experiences in numerous restaurants, including a 3-Michelin star Schwarzwaldstube at Hotel Traube Tonbach-Germany, Chef Degan will contribute through his expertise in culinary skill and work together with his brigade to refresh dining experience at the hotels.

Tuna Sambal Matah as one of his appetizer dishes, Moroccan Spiced Lamb Leg with choices of sauce, Live Cooking Station and everyone’s favorite Chocolate Fountain which tantalize the taste buds.
