The starters, for example, feature ‘Crispy Confit Potato’, crowned with the currently sought-after Bafun uni, a sprinkle of chives, in a salted egg sauce; another distinct dish is the ‘Cold Smoked Mapo Beef Tartare’ , where the Szechuan classic is redefined into a platter of whipped tofu and smoked ikura, enjoyed with a side of potato crisps. The main course choices are equally as interesting: the ‘Grilled Lobster Egg Noodles’ is certainly a highlight, where Chef Marya’s daily handmade noodles are served alongside a grilled lobster and soak in a sumptuouus lobster stock.
