Just for this festive season, Chāo Cháo unveils four exquisite food specials. Discover the opulence of the Golden Dynasty Trio dim sum, adorned with delectable caviar. Relish in the luxurious Winter Truffle Lobster paired with silky stir-fried egg whites. The succulent Glazed Rib Eye, perfectly harmonised with a rich barbecue sauce are ready to delight.
To conclude your feast, the tantalising Mandarin Chocolate Yule Log Delight is a sweet experience on a plate. These dishes can be savoured individually or as a part of a three-course family-style menu, whichever your preference is, the dishes are guaranteed to transform your festive dining experience to a refined and magical affair.
There are three specially crafted cocktail specials inspired by the essence of Christmas to take your Christmas dinner to the next level. Experience the richness of a Christmas Eve cocktail with rum, cinnamon, cherry and salted caramel, or savour the refreshing zest of Presents for All, concocted with gin, carrot, lemon, vanilla and tonic. Completing the trio is the creamy and sweet Shèngdàn Gē made with vodka, pineapple, grenadine, and cream.
The festivities still continue at Chāo Cháo, revelling in the enchanting seasonal adornments, the restaurant invites guests to experience the Yum Cha Dynasty Christmas Edition exclusively on 24 and 25 December from 10.00 AM to 03.00 PM. Indulge in a culinary spectacle by the Chef’s Special creations, also including a Live Carving station and a collection of sensational desserts. Elevating the diners’ experience, there will be a soulful acoustic performance by Febiolus on Christmas Eve and the groovy dynamic beats spun by DJ Nyemee and Dimas Pramata on Christmas Day.
