To celebrate three years of contemporary Chinese dining and sky-high revelry, Chāo Cháo welcomes Two Michelin Star Chef Thierry Drapeau for an unmissable Four-Hands Dinner experience that will fuse Chinese, Indonesian and French cuisine on Saturday, 28 June and Sunday, 29 June 2024.
Chef Thierry Drapeau flies in from Thailand where he leads the renowned Signature Bangkok as Executive Chef. Prior to to this, he ran the Thierry Drapeau Logis de la Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, en Pays de La Loire, France, which held a 2-Michelin star pedigree for nine consecutive years.
For Chāo Cháo‘s Third Anniversary celebration, 28-29 June 2024, the renowned chef brings his mastery in French cuisine and collaborates with Chef Sky Wong and his culinary team. Together, the two chefs will present diners with a Six-Course Menu that crosses borders and boundaries. Featuring the freshest and finest ingredients, guests can expect something truly unique.
