Gran Meliá Jakarta unveils their new Chillin Pool Bar, a unique poolside bar that invites guests to swim, sip and dine in a seriously laidback setting, adding yet another experience available at this five-star hotel.
Channelling the same ambience of your favourite beach club or tropical resort, the new Chillin Pool Bar is a luxury for those in the city. Opening on the Ground Floor of Gran Meliá Jakarta, the open and spacious venue sprawls around the glassy waters of the swimming pool, surrounded by the hotel’s verdant gardens. It’s a seriously relaxed setting, with sun beds and outdoor lounges shaded under parasols and dining tables available for guests to take over with friends or family.
As its name suggests, Chillin Pool Bar was conceptualised as a place to ‘chill’, a leisurely spot to enjoy a dip in the pool under the sun, enjoy an afternoon bite or indeed a relaxed evening drink. Away from the streets and enclosed in its gardened compound, it’s a little oasis in the middle of the city.
The well-stocked bar serves a wide range of refreshing drinks, including both signature and classic cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. And as for the dining menu, you can expect a variety of tasty light bites and, the ultimate comfort food, delicious pizzas fresh from the oven. For those who imbibe you’ll find Shisa available at Chillin Pool Bar as well.
This welcoming destination will also be home to events and activities, with pool parties and live music by local and international artists on the roster. The Chillin Pool Bar is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that opening hours may vary on public holidays and special events.
