City Eye at National Monument (MONAS)
Located at Merdeka Square, Central Jakarta, National Monument (Monas) is 132 metres high and has four points from which to view the city. Since the city government opened Monas at night, visitors are able to access the site starting from 6.30 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday. The tower is open until midnight on weekends and holidays.
Entrance fees are IDR 7.500 for adults and IDR 3.500 for children. A lift takes visitors up to the viewing gallery. Around 700 tickets are available everyday and sales end at 9 pm. For an affordable price, visitors can experience magnificent views of Jakarta.
