Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel’s family-friendly all-day dining restaurant, Anigré introduces a selection of ocean-fresh seafood indulgence for its guests. Executive Chef Denny Gunawan and the team have prepared the finest recipes to elevate their ocean delights, featuring live lobster and grouper fish dishes. 

Surrounded by modern elegant design and the world-class artworks which decorate the restaurant, guests can enjoy the choices of Lobster Tempura, Baked Lobster Thermidor with Mac n Cheese, and Grilled Lobster Taliwang with good spices and well-seasoned of whole the lobster meat. Prices start at IDR 175,000++ per hundred grams of live lobster. 

For the grouper fish selections are Fried Grouper with Garang Asem Broth, Pan Seared Grouper with Crispy E Fu Noodles, and Steamed Grouper with Shitake Mushrooms and Oriental-Styled Fried Rice. Prices at IDR 100,000++ per hundred grams of groupers.
