Along with the opening of its newest outlet in the Menteng area, Greyhound Café also introduces its new menus suitable for lunch and dinner in a delightful and well designed environment with the concept of “city meets nature”.

It's not too difficult to market the taste of Thai food in Indonesia because the cuisines of both friendly countries are still based on similar styles and flavours, with the characteristics of refreshingly sour, but also sweet and spicy dishes.

Greyhound Café also felt that high response to their Thai food since they opened the first two outlets in Grand Indonesia and Jl. Senopati. And now,  in its new stand-alone outlet Greyhound Café Menteng, the café introduces their new menus with a new alternative dining experience of Thai fusion food with a Western touch!

Here, guests can start their dining experience with Salmon Carpaccio in Spicy Hot Sauce, which is sliced fresh salmon in a combination of Thai spicy sauce, and Fried Seafood Spring Rolls filled with shrimp and squid served with chili sauce.

For the main course, Ayutthaya Grilled King Prawn, which is a must-try new dish, offering large grilled prawns with jeaw sauce. Nam jim jeaw which is Thai spicy dipping sauce can also be tasted in the Thai Beef Paradise, a crispy fried beef served with potato wedges where guests can taste the jeaw sauce combined with traditional sriracha sauce.

For a completely fresh taste, guests can order the Mango Tamarind Grouper, a big crispy fried grouper served with a Thai-style mango sour sauce. Or, Phad Phring King, the iconic crunchy long bean salad and sweet-savoury red curry paste with peeled prawns as toppings to complement the vegetable menu.

In addition to these menus, guests can also enjoy various Greyhound Cafe's other favorites, such as Grilled Jumbo Prawn, Sizzling Giant Squid, Southern Thai Yellow Curry Salmon, Muay Thai Grilled Chicken, Crab Meat Fried Rice with a Twist, Tom Yam Hot Pot, to special ones such as Waterfall Sirloin on Hot Plate and Surprise Pineapple Fried Rice.

Greyhound Café Menteng also has a pretty impressive list of desserts including Fresh Coconut Crepe Cake, Banofee, and Pandan Creme Brulee with Lime Granita. Our recommendations: No Bake Speculoos Cheesecake, which is a soft cheese cake with Speculoos biscuits, as well as the Walnut Choco Cake, which is a chocolate cake with crunchy walnuts inside and chocolate balls on top which is a favourite, very suitable with the delicious signature Thai Tea.

Greyhound Café Menteng has created a tropical garden nuance with an open bar serving classic cocktails and Greyhound style’s Open Sesame, Adios Nonino, Peach on Earth, Gilding the Lily, Thai Smokey, Watermelon Spritz Cocktail, or Torch Light Soju Cocktail, as well as a collection of wines and spirits specially curated for Greyhound Cafe guests.
