AMUZ Gourmet Restaurant is a sanctuary of French gastronomy & lifestyle situated in the heart of Jakarta. Cozily nestled in a corner of the second floor of the Energy Building at Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), this fine dining restaurant makes a perfect venue for a short getaway from the busy streets of Jakarta. 

Led by Chef Gilles Marx as Chef Founder AMUZ, who was brought up with the concept of sharing a good time around the table and respecting quality produce, always brings this particular concept to the tables at AMUZ. He believes a good meal is meant to be shared with family and friends, but also colleagues and clients, as the relaxed atmosphere facilitates communication as well as interaction, which in turn will bring people closer together and sometimes later even become memories to be cherished. 

To stimulate your memory, AMUZ Gourmet Jakarta has prepared a variety of spring menus, with the dishes dressed in bright vibrant colours and light. These delicious dishes are available from beginning of March 2022 for lunch and dinner.
