Following its huge success in the PIK area, ALBAGROUP has unveiled its expansions to the upscale neighbourhood of Menteng, presenting its brand-new venture with Casa Alba Ristorante, a stylish dining venue targeted to entice the slightly more high-end diners.
Elevating the dining standards of ALBA Ristorante, Casa Alba Ristorante has fine-tuned its enticing lunch and dinner menus including its Antipasti (entrées) like the homemade Carpaccio di Manzo, sourced with the finest ingredients and generously portioned. When it comes to offerings from the sea, the Tartare di Pesci Selvatici Come Ceviche Leggermente Piccante incorporates fresh fish from Lombok, presenting the perfect starter.
An Italian eatery won’t be complete without its pasta menu, however, Chef patron Roberto Fiorini isn’t playing it safe, and instead, will be presenting innovative pasta dishes, such as the Agnolotti del Plin Al Tartufo Nero, using fresh black truffle. Featuring a unique Lava-Rock Pizza Oven and high-quality dishes crafted by Italian natives, diners can expect the fluffiest yet crispy crusted Pizza delicacies that are perfectly charred with fresh ingredients.
The meat selections are not to be overlooked. Their beefy options include juicy, mouth-watering favourites, premium beef cuts and tantalising sides. The dessert menu is an integral part of the overall dining experience, which Chef Roberto has thoroughly created to ensure diners enjoy the perfect climax to their dining experience. One of the dessert highlights is inspired by the chef’s childhood where his parents were against food waste and would use leftover bread to create their version of bread pudding paired with ricotta and orange ice cream. Here, Chef Roberto has re-created his parents’ dessert dish to present Bread of Memory Dessert.
The cocktail menu has been meticulously curated to present refreshing and creative offerings including the Torch Ginger Splash or Kecombrang cocktail, served in a highball glass. Another unique cocktail that is a must-try is the Smokey Ciccolato, created by Head Bartender Ozy. The restaurant also offers its own spin on the Aperol Spritz, dubbed Casa Alba Spritz.
