On Saturday, the restaurant will regularly serve up French culinary flair on the dining table featuring authentic French cheeses, grilled meats and seafood sections, various live carving stations, selections of French pâtisserie and a wonderful desserts corner. On easy Sunday, Sugar & Spice goest classic, taking the brunch tradition to its original roots. The Classic Brunch has become guest’s all-time favourite and comfort food. Guests may find themselves sipping Bloody Mary or Mimosa paired with fluffy Belgian Waffles, Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon, Lobster Thermidor, homemade Dim Sum or hotel’s version of Seafood on ice.

The Brunch À la Française is available every Saturday and The Classic Brunch is available every Sunday from 12 noon at Sugar & Spice. The brunch is priced starting from IDR 488,000 ++ per person.
