Chef Massimo Zampar Will Take Over Sea Grain with His Exquisite Italian Dishes

This November, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta invites gourmands on Italian culinary journey hosted by Chef Massimo Zampar who flies from Hilton Colombo, Srilanka. The guest will be served with his Mediterranean tradition merged Austro-Hungarian dishes at hotel's restaurant and bar, Sea Grain.

Together with hotel’s culinary team, Chef Massimo will dazzle the connoisseurs of Italian affair with a cherished family recipes from across Italy on a series of event starting on November 20th 2017 until November 26th  2017. This native Italian Chef with more than 18 year experience will take over the restaurant hotel’s amazing food and beverage dining outlets.

Buongiorno! which means “good morning” in Italian is a perfect words to describe the indulgence of breakfast-lunch. Sea Grain at the hotel offers Lunch Set Menu with clean and rich taste of Italian food on November 20th - 24th. The guests will have a chance to savor the Mozzarella Caprese and Risotto Con Gamberi.

The guest will also be pampered by exquisite dinner menu. Sea Grain Restaurant dishes up an a la carte menu and six-course dinner pairing with selected Farnese wines. The set menu is prepared to elevate to a new authentic Italian dining experience including chef’s signature dishes such as Porcini Risotto, Tagliata Rib-Eye Steak and delightful dessert  Mango Tiramisu. This special dinner will be held on 22nd November 2017.

Inspired by Italy’s famous antipasti, Sea Grain Bar presents a mouth-watering tapas such as Buffalo Cheese with Sundried Tomato and Aged Balsamic Sauce on Tuesday, 21st October 21st while enjoying “Dance With Me” event.

On Thursday night, Chef Massimo will take over the perfect lite bites while finest Italian Wine will be served during Italian Wine Tasting at IINDIGO Lounge, a poolside lounge located at the Ground Floor. Available on the November 23rd, Guests will be entertained by a DJ performance all night long.

Showcasing his culinary skills of traditional Italian cuisine during Sunday Brunch, Chef Massimo will bring tantalizing dishes from all across Italy to the award-winning OPEN} Restaurant including Tagliatelle with Lamb Ragout, Oven Baked Ocean Trout and Pugliese Pizza.
