“I experienced this meat firsthand and it is always great to work with,” he said. “It easily compares to Canadian and American Beef.”
Marketing & Logistics Executive of Stockyard Scott Phelan said that Stockyard beef internationally recognized for its eating quality, consistency and food safety. Stockyard specialises in production of grain fed beef, particularly high quality Angus and Wagyu with a focus on quality and consistency in every aspect of the production. The beef is labeled with halal for export to Indonesia.
“We do care about animal welfare. The cattle are fed with organic grain consisting of flaked grams, silage, hay, vegetable oil, and molasses. Grain also helps to develop the marbling rate in the meat,” Phelan explained.
Stockyard Beef is distributed throughout Australia and an additional 16 countries worldwide. Stockyard has been working closely with its exclusive distributor in Indonesia, PT Classic Fine Foods Indonesia since 2008 to provide supply for various restaurants.
