The event was GALA LUNCHEON, an high-end private event that showcased the brilliance of Head Chef Kevin’s expertise as he led his team of culinary experts to deliver excellent dishes to delight privileged guests. One of the highlights of the evening was the 24-hour sous-vide Lamb Rack fire-grilled to golden perfection, which was extra tender and juicy.
Head Chef Kevin’s culinary career started at the age of 16 when he worked at a popular café in Wellington, New Zealand. He was determined to learn from the best chefs and create his own culinary legacy by combining sophistication of different techniques.
