The contrasting flavours of the savoury dishes from SKYE with the woody taste of Monkey 47 Gin promises to elevate everyone’s dining experience. Accompanying this delightful Friday treat is a soulful acoustic session with Alfred Ayal.
Starting from IDR 229,000++, the menu rotates every two weeks. The starting lineup includes Chilean Seabass served with white miso, red onion and red veined sorrel paired with Monkey 47 Gin, tonic water, gin blue caviar, as well as Salmon Beetroot served with ponzu, spicy mayo and puffed black rice paired with Monkey 47 Gin, chamomile, elderflower, caviar chamomile, fragranced air.
