No rest for the wicked: after celebrating Christmas and New Year’s Eve in style, Grand Hyatt Jakarta continues the festivities throughout the month of January by offering its guests unique dining experiences.

From 8 to 31 January, Seafood Terrace will be serving authentic Padang dishes such as rendang balado and kalio served with warm rice, while soto Padang and sate Padang will be also available, presenting the rich and earthy flavours of the Minangkabau culinary heritage.

On Sundays, enjoy an open kitchen brunch by Chef Hugo in C's Steak and Seafood Restaurant from 7 to 31 January. Indulge in the best meat and freshest seafood: the roast beef ribeye, barbecue buffalo short ribs, Alaskan King crab legs, lobster and Timika crab are just a few of the must-try delicacies available every Sunday at C's starting at IDR 480,000 per person.

The Fountain Lounge features special beverages during January, including traditional Indonesian herbal drinks, made from a combination of herbs and spices that are beneficial to one’s health. The special spices blend of jamu kunyit asam, rucuh asam Jawa, wedang jahe and wedang uwuh will refresh and revitalize your body after work.
