Chef Fabrice has worked in a range of countries, from Bahrain, the Ivory Coast Abidjan, the Philippines, Egypt, to the United States. The French chef’s specialties are chocolate, sugar showpieces, desserts, pastries, and sourdough breads. As a chef with a sweet tooth, he aims to find new creative and innovative ways to present pastries to satisfy Hotel Borobudur Jakarta’s guests. With his specialized knowledge in culinary business management and food safety management, Chef Fabrice will bring Hotel Borobudur Jakarta’s pastry team to greater heights and maintain its award-winning status. Chef Fabrice also has 25 years of experience in patisserie and is a member of various prestigious associations such as Food Processing International, Public Health Institute, World Food Safety Organization and Master Pastry, and Bakery Federation. “As the new Executive Pastry Chef, we believe that Chef Fabrice will invigorate our busy Borobudur Gourmet Cake Shop to a new level of excitement with some of his newest sweet recipes.” says Patrick Beck, the General Manager of Hotel Borobudur Jakarta.
