Salmon Tartar, revamped from the previous version which used tuna, wrapped with crispy seaweed, topped with guacamole
The Mushroom Soup is a mixture of double temperatures, with parmesan ice cream to complement the slew of handpicked premium mushrooms
With fine beef packed with wine sauce in Asian-influenced gyoza, the Beef Cheek Gyoza tastes like a mini wine-pairing dinner in your mouth
Glazed with maple syrup and garnished with mayonnaise and molasses, the Baby Carrots is a sophisticated side dish suitable for any main dishes
Spanish Lamb Noodle Soup is a fresh take on Indonesian noodle soup crated with pepper, cumin, sesame, fried garlic with lamb dumplings and eggs all served ramen style
