With a new menu at TOM’S by Tom Aikens located at The Langham, Jakarta debuting in February, Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens continues to redefine the dining experience. The new menu pays tribute to British classics, infused with passion for homemade recipes and exceptional craftsmanship.

The new menu comes around the same time for Chef Tom as him being named Chef of the Year at The Staff Canteen Awards 2024, the UK’s largest network for professional chefs. This honour follows his recognition as the youngest AA Chefs’ Chef of the Year, cementing him as one of the most influential British culinary figures.
