In order to stop Covid-19 from spreading any further in Indonesia, on 31 March 2020 President Joko Widodo decided to temporarily ban foreign nationals from entering the Indonesian territory, with certain exemptions and requirements. However, with the upcoming easing of travelling between Indonesia and Europe, more Europeans will be coming (back) to Indonesia in the near future. At the same time, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has issued new guidelines for foreigners and Indonesian citizens to enter the country safely.
What should European citizens be prepared for prior to arrival in Indonesia? What would the flow be at Indonesian ports? What kind of further regulations can be expected from the Indonesian government?
This EIBN Online Info Session for EU member states embassies and member companies of European bilateral chambers in Indonesia aims at outlining the regulations and protocols related to entering Indonesia during and after COVID-19 and giving an opportunity to discuss aspects of special interest.
The EU-Indonesia Business Network (EIBN) is pleased to invite you to the EIBN Online Info Session (Webinar through Microsoft Teams) themed "Entering Indonesia in the ‘New Normal’" on Wednesday, 3 June 3 2020.
