Wakabayashi is a world-renowned mixologist, known for his masterful concoctions at Bar Wakabayashi in Tokyo, which also has been listed as one of the World’s Top 50 Best Discovery, cementing its position in the bar scene. A former carpenter turned tequila expert, Wakabayashi has been certified by the Japan Tequila Association and he will bring his prowess to impress the taste buds of cocktail enthusiasts in Jakarta.
At Henshin, occupying the 67th to 69th floors of The Westin Jakarta, WAKA will personally craft four of his iconic cocktails, inviting guests to savour the essence of Japanese mixology. His creations are all thoughtfully crafted and celebrate classic concoctions while embracing innovation.
