Choices include specially crafted ice cream at IDR 30,000 nett per scoop, freshly baked pastries starting from IDR 26,000 nett per piece and kid’s menu starting from IDR 55,000 nett per portion.

The hotel also provides a virtual promotion that offers three kinds of virtual classes for cooking, food safety training and beverages. Prices are starting from IDR 150,000 net per person.

HACCP is designed to identify and prevent microbial and other hazards in food production. The methodology is based on seven key principles: hazard analysis, critical control points identification, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification procedures and record-keeping and documentation.
