Entering the digital era, Home Credit Indonesia introduces the application My Home Credit to support Indonesia’s government in developing financial inclusion and financial technology innovation (FinTech).
Through the application, customers can easily access the newest information anytime from anywhere, including checking out the financing status, the nearest sales locations, various promotions, payment locations, financing simulation and many more. The My Home Credit application can be downloaded at Google Play Store and will be available soon at Apple Store.
Everyday, as many as 6,000 users log-in to this application, out of which 54% are Home Credit’s customers. The application can also be enjoyed by Home Credit FlexiFast’s customers and is currently on progress to be able to accommodate FlexiFast custumers to directly apply multi-purpose financing through the application.
In addition, the series of Home Credit Indonesia’s digital innovation that can be enjoyed by customers is online financing (e-installment), where customers can shop online at the official website of the partners that have been working with Home Credit through installments without credit card. Currently, customers can enjoy the online financing services by visiting the official website of Home Credit partners, such as Electronic Solution, Laku6, Sunda Motor, TokoPDA.com and Arjuna Elektronik.
