On Chef Suyi’s end, he presents Roasted Lamb with Aromatic Spices, Stuffed Chicken with Shallot and Torch Ginger Sambal, and Fish Curry with Cassava Leaves in Padang Style; while Chef Ron unveils Sweet Potato Leaves and Papaya Flower Symphony, Smoked Beef Ribs with Coffee Bean, and the refreshing Grilled Watermelon with Red Ginger and Basil Powder.
