NOW! Jakarta with American Express presented prestigious commendations for restaurants, bars and café in this year’s Best Restaurant, Bar and Café Awards (BRBCA)!
It was a delightful Monday evening at the ballroom of Le Méridien Hotel on 23 September. NOW! Jakarta was once again hosted Best Restaurant, Bar and Café Awards (BRBCA)! This year’s event was another hit as NOW! Jakarta welcomed over 200 guests.
NOW! Jakarta started the annual BRBCA programme back in 2009. With the “Say Yes to Less” theme this year, BRBCA supported the cause of better food waste management and reduced food waste in Indonesia. Also, through this event, NOW! Jakarta encouraged participating restaurants to take real action towards sustainability.
BRBCA 2019 had 20 main categories, 7 Editor’s Choice and 2 sustainable awards. As many as 181 restaurants, bars and cafés participated, raking in more than 74,000 votes. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you for your contribution to Jakarta’s ever-growing culinary scene!
