The mooncakes are available in four scrumptious flavours. Starting from their Signature Black Sesame with Salted Egg Yolk– bringing a blend of nutty black sesame and creamy goodness of salted egg yolk to your palette. There’s also their White Lotus with Salted Egg Yolk, a classic favourite that features a velvety smooth lotus paste complemented by the richness of salted egg yolk. A refreshing twist comes in their Green Tea selection, uniting the tantalising earthy notes of green tea with a subtle sweetness. The last option is their palatable combination of Red Bean paste with crunchy almonds, offering the perfect balance between texture and taste.
It is worth noting that there are no preservatives in these artisanal creations, so it is better to enjoy the mooncakes within a month from the date of purchase to maintain the freshness of the cakes.
These Mandarin Oriental Jakarta’s mooncakes will be housed in two elegant gift box selections, perfect for personal indulgence or gifts to send to your family and friends. The ‘Imperial Dragon Jade’ box comes in a rounded case with colourful and striking dragon illustrations and a golden handle. Lavish and grand, it contains four mouthwatering mooncakes and is available from IDR 998,000 nett. You can opt for the more personal ‘Celestial Dragon’s Crust’, priced at IDR 698,000 nett, this jade-coloured box that opens from the front resembling a door with a signature oriental design will bring two delightful mooncakes for you to savour.
Guests can also send personalised warm wishes as each box comes with a tag that can be customised with a company logo or family initials.
