From 25 July to 11 August 2024, The Langham, Jakarta is proud to present an extraordinary and exclusive Dim Sum experience at T’ang Court Restaurant, as they welcome Dim Sum Master Chef Tse Chun Fuk.
Chef Chun is the esteemed Dim Sum Head Chef from the Three Michelin-starred Ming Court in Wanchai, Hong Kong, known for his passionate craft in creating elevated Dim Sum masterpieces using premium ingredients. With over 25 years of experience honing his craft, his mastery shines through in each of his creations, helping to put Ming Court in the culinary spotlight.
He brings his superb creations to the sophisticated T’ang Court, The Langham, Jakarta’s exquisite Chinese restaurant, setting the scene for a one-of-a-kind Cantonese cuisine experience.
T’ang Court’s Executive Chinese Chef, Chong Kooi Sam, and team will work closely with Chef Chun to deliver this unique culinary journey, a collaboration that will bring Michelin-worthy dim sum to discerning diners in Jakarta.
Served as a set menu, guests will experience a variety of unique and exquisite dim sum creations, including: a selection of innovative Amuse Bouche, ‘Crispy Prawn Dumpling’, ‘Wagyu Spring Rolls with Shaved Foie Gras’, authentic ‘Braised Bird’s Nest Dumpling in Superior Broth’, ‘Fresh Lobster tossed with Assorted Condiment’, and the flavourful ‘Stuffed Assorted Mushrooms in Bamboo Pith’. Premium ingredients and innovative presentation is set to create an unmissable dim sum dining journey.
The 6-course lunch set menu is priced at IDR 1,288,000++ per person, and the 8-course dinner set menu is priced at IDR 1,888,000++ per person. Available 25 July to 11 August 2024.
