This spectacular event brings together two culinary maestros: Chef Tony Su, the Chinese Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred T’ang Court Shanghai, and Chef Chong Kooi Sam, the talented Chinese Executive Chef of T’ang Court Jakarta. Reuniting after their time together in Shanghai, these chefs are set to dazzle diners with their combined mastery and creative flair.
Renowned for their expertise and innovative approach, Chef Tony Su and Chef Chong Kooi Sam will lead guests through a remarkable dining experience. The menu offers a harmonious blend of flavours that echo the sophistication of the T’ang Dynasty – a period famed for its culinary elegance and use of seasonal ingredients.
The meal begins with the T’ang Court Signature Appetizer Platter, followed by the delicate Double-boiled Conpoy, Fish Maw, and Sea Conch with Melon. Next, savour the luxurious Wagyu Parcel Wrapped with Truffle and Assorted Mushrooms. As the main course, Chef Sam presents his iconic Steamed Spotted Grouper Fillet on Fish Mousse with Organic Yellow Pepper Sauce and Braised Stuffed Morel with Organic Turnip in 5J Ham. Chef Tony’s brings the heat with his Fried Red Rice with Prawns and Preserved Vegetable in XO Sauce. Finishing off this gastronomic journey, is the exquisite Braised Bird’s Nest on Taro Puree with Pineapple Shortcake.
This exclusive Four Hands set menu is offered at IDR 1,888,000++ per person for a 6-course lunch and IDR 2,688,000++ per person for an 8-course dinner, with availability extended until May 12th 2024.
