This brunch will feature live stations, carving meats, and poultry along with special seafood on ice and Western live stations. The Indonesian stations’ highlights are the Satay section offering various satays from different regions and the Nasi Nusantara section showcasing Nasi Kuning (yellow rice) with a wide array of condiments from across Indonesia. Guests can savor regional specialties while enjoying the vibrant ambiance of our newly opened hotel.
